The New Mexico Land Grant Council will hold a closed virtual meeting on January 9, 2025, at 2:30 P.M. to discuss matters pertaining to pending litigation regarding a donation. The meeting shall be closed to the public pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1(H)(7), NMSA 1978. Only items listed in this notice will be discussed during the closed session.
